THE WAFFEL TOWER

Once there stood a monument called the Waffel Tower. It was composed of a load of waffles stacked upon each other to form a complete tower. It stood in a part of Paris, in The Rue de Mer, and was a tourist attraction. You had to climb up a load of waffles to reach to the top and get a panoramic view of the city. But, ‘being made up of potatoes it was liable to collapse.
If it collapsed the mass of waffles would then have to be eaten. Nearby was the famous Chocolate Tower in The Champ De Lyses. Its disadvantage was that it was prone to melting if the weather turned hot, and all of the tourists would be covered in chocolate. This would then lead to a mad rush to the fountain to have a bath in order to wash the chocolate off.
