THE SLUMS

There was a slum district called the Dustbin in London’s Grimetown district. The houses for one up one down and housed 45 people in a room only two feet wide, this meant that everyone slept on top of everyone else and there were no toilets, you had to use the room as a toilet, its no wonder the room stunk causing everyone to collapse, all because of a landlord called Victor Offal. He was a big monster who made sure everyone lived in the worst of all conditions, and you had to pay monster size rents. If you refused you would be slung into a toilet prison, so – called because it stunk of rotten sewage and rotten eggs. The prison, Rotten Egg Penitentiary was the worst jail in London.
