THE MAN WHO HAD A SECOND FRIDGE

Once upon a time there lived a man who had a second fridge, and in that fridge was some food, all of it rotten.
It had lain there for weeks.

Even the bottle of milk was rotten, for the milk had turned to cheese inside the bottle.

What happened was that the fridge had been overlooked for weeks, with the result that the all the food inside had gone rotten, so the carer, Miss Nomer, came up and chucked the whole lot of food into the rubbish bin.
She told the man to go and get a new fridge because the contamination had advanced to such a degree that the fridge was rendered unusable and impossible to clean up.
