One day a man who had to have a tooth out visited the dentist. he used a hammer to extract the tooth because it was quicker, but he had to be anaesthetised by using a special water pistol which the dentist used to squirt up the patient's nostrils.
Soon after the tooth got taken out the dentist used a mop to clean out the cavity in order to make it heal quicker.
however the job wasn't yet over for the dentist got more than he bargained for. He examined the patient's mouth and was shocked to find a tooth growing out of the patient's tongue, so he had to send him to The London mouth hospital and under general anaesthetic the surgeon removed the tooth but also had to remove the tongue as well, so he gave him a new tongue, transplanted from a 500 year old man.
