The Birthday party have won the majority in the houses of parliament and are set to form a government in the next few days, with Nick Money as their leader. Their first task is to make sure that everybody celebrates their birthdays every year.
To mark the occasion a flag with a birthday cake sporting a human face will be hung up over the house of commons.
